ZillowVERIFIEDTravis is hands-down the best!!! I work in law enforcement and he was always able to adapt and respond to various ways of communication with me. When I was stuck in a mandatory education program on my closing date and could not leave, he brought documents to me and made arrangements for a notary come also! Best experience I have ever had with a realtor going above and beyond!

ZillowVERIFIED Travis helped my husband and I purchase our first home in DFW. Travis communicated well and listened to what we needed in a house. From the very beginning, he walked us through & explained the entire process with kindness and care. Since we hadn't bought a home before, this was extremely helpful! I highly recommend Travis for any of your real estate needs!

ZillowVERIFIED Travis was very easy to work with. He is quick to respond to questions through texts or emails, and provides knowledgeable answers. He was able sell multiple homes for us. He was honest and we felt like he was always acting in our best interest. We do not live in the area of the homes and he made the long distance communication and selling process stress free. He is very respectful and smart in guiding us to make good decisions. We highly recommend Travis.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis Turner is a great agent to me a second time around. He knew what kinds of houses I would enjoy and which ones I should avoid. Not an agent that just sends their buyer to random houses on the market. Helped getting cleaners and professional photographer to put my house on the market.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis is FANTASTIC! Trustworthy, tons of knowledge, knows the area/market like no one else, always got back to me in a timely manner. He has A LOT of connections so don't hesitate to ask him about property management, lenders, title companies, investors and mentors. I am an out-of-state investor so it's not ideal for me to be on site when purchasing investment properties. Travis found me a GREAT deal and we just closed a few days ago. Travis, from me to you...Thanks Bro!

ZillowVERIFIED Travis is a member of Scott Toman Team and was recommended by my buying agent from a different state. When we first met, he impressed us with his positive attitudes, professionalism, and strategic plans for selling the house. We got 7 showings within the first three days after the house was listed and were able to secure a potential buyer right away! Throughout the negotiating process, Travis was diligent in dealing with the nitty-gritties and extremely responsive whenever I called or texted. It's been such a great pleasure and peace of mind working with him. I highly recommend Travis to anyone who is looking for a responsible, professional and trustworthy agent in the Lubbock area.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis was tremendous help in my recent sale of one home and purchase of another. I was out of town (out of the state, really) when I called Travis about selling my home. He promptly got to work. Two days after he listed the home, we chose one out of four potential buyers. Meanwhile, I wasn't back home yet, and hadn't found a home to replace the one I was selling! No problem: Travis took care of that. Two Days after I returned home, I signed a contract to purchase a new home. I was, and still am, impressed. I highly recommend Travis as a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis did a great job at finding properties within our specifications. He was knowledgeable about the neighborhoods, flood planes, rental income potential, etc. He was very patient and showed us as many houses as we wanted to look at. He also helped us look past some "college kid" houses that obviously had renters whose lifestyles masked the home's potential. :-) We would definitely recommend Travis and will use him again when we sell our house.

He cares about his customers needs and I felt that it could not have gone smoother. If you are in the market for a home give Travis a shot and he will not disappoint!!

ZillowVERIFIED Travis is a super friendly, hard working, delightful young man that grew up in Lubbock and knows his town extremely well. He has (and still does!) go above and beyond assisting our family with contact information and many other needs relating to our new house. He is real "go getter" that gets things done, like getting our home inspection the next day after our request. Travis is not like many realtors, in that he puts YOUR interests first. I would highly recommend Travis if you are buying or selling a house, and will for sure use him again when the need arises. Sincerely, Dr J. and family Dallas, TX
