ZillowVERIFIED Travis helped us find our dream home during the end of the COVID housing boom and it was no easy task! We had offers rejected on 4 other homes before finally finding the one we were meant to buy. He was always happy to show us homes, answer our questions, respond to texts any time of day. He is super quick to reply, which is absolutely crucial in this market. All the homes we put offers on were under contract within 48 hours, so he had to work fast. As clueless first-time home buyers (and newbies to East TN), we relied on his expertise and we could not be happier with him! He also has a positive, cheery attitude which is really comforting when you experience letdowns with offers being rejected and whatnot. Thank you Travis!

Carrying two mortgages for over 6 months and not hearing from our "big name" realtor, we contacted Travis and within 4 days, our house was sold. Travis and his team made the sale and closing process seamless and smooth. He and/or Tracey would update us weekly on where we are in the process. ZillowVERIFIED I chose Travis to represent me in the listing and selling of my childhood home specifically because of his knowledge of the area and his down-to-earth demeanor. He was always quick to offer assistance, or simply to drive by the home to check on things, which meant a great deal to me considering that I live several hours away. Both Travis, and his assistant Tracey, were always available by phone and email, and were uber-responsive to all my requests for information. They were also extremely patient and understanding when I became frustrated with several delays and (in my opinion) a bit of nit-picking from the buyers' side. This was the first time I had ever sold a home, so I had no idea what to expect, but they guided me through it very comfortably. They also understood the emotions involved in selling a one-family home in which most of a family's life history occurred, and treated me very graciously and respectfully. With Travis, I never got the feeling that he was just waiting for his commission; instead, he seemed interested in providing the best experience possible in our necessary but difficult decision to sell this home. Also, Travis and Tracey were EXTREMELY TIMELY and PROMPT with every document signing and every communication required (again, which was more than I can say for the buyers' agent, who did not file documents with the Title Search/Closing Agency until two days before closing, despite the fact we set the closing date at least 3 weeks in advance). Travis is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him, and would work with him again if the opportunity arose.

He also told me he would stay in contact with me, and he did, at least weekly. He let me know about the scheduled showings for the week and the progress of the process of the sale. He was honest, very polite, dependable and was always happy and kept a positive attitude. I was treated like a good friend and not a commission check.
