ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I started working with Courtney in November 2017, and closed on our house in March 2018. We were first time homebuyers so we didnt know much about anything. I met Courtney through someone else that she helped with buying a home. She did not disappoint me. I was pregnant at the time so everything kind of stressed me out. She made that stress level barable lol. She was kind, patient, informative, and responsive. She was an awesome listener and knew exactly what I wanted. She even pointed me into the perfect direction for the mortgage company we ended up going through. She was also very knowledgeable! She literally had an answer for everything! When it came down to the house we picked, we ended up in a bid war with another family....thanks to Courtney, we won and within 2 weeks, we were signing papers and receiving the keys to our new home!

ZillowVERIFIED We have moved from out of state so needing someone to help us get to know the area and find the perfect fit was essential. I also flew in and out often. So I really needed someone who could try and put things together when I was only in town for 4 days sometimes. Courtney was absolutely amazing in all areas. On top of these points, I would also add she was incredibly knowledgeable in so many areas, ( if she did not have the answer she would find out and get right back to us), punctual, patient when we would check out for a few months when I was needed out of state, and the one time I came to town and she could not show us homes she set us up with Travis so we could still be able to take advantage of my time there. The biggest compliment I would say about her is that Courtney gets to know her clients needs as well as really knowing her inventory. The home we finally found ( after probably 9 - 10 months of looking) was one that Courtney overheard being talked about from someone and thought would be right for us.... and she was right. We would not have looked at it as it was not on our radar.. but she had talked with us so much she had a feel this would be worth a look. She was also amazing at helping with the offer etc. She was completely a cheerleader for us in every way to get the perfect home at a great price. I honestly cant say enough about my experience. I would and will recommend Courtney to anyone looking to buy or Travis for anyone looking to sell. Everything you would hope to get in a realtor you will get in working with her. She not only has helped with us finding our special home but getting acclimated to our new community.

ZillowVERIFIED I bought a new build in a new development. I had not a clue on the buying process and what I needed financially to go about beginning the process. Courtney smith sat down with me for 2 hours before even knowing if I could even afford anything and explained the whole process to me from pre approval, estimates I need for closing, what lots are available, appraisals, and all. She knew I was interested in a new build in a specific subdivision but also took time to explain to me a resale home and how that process goes. She was always a phone call away; I was never ignored and always a quick call back. She delt with some very difficult people for me and was always so friendly. I have already recommended her to many of my friends for the future! And when it's time for me to sale I will definitely be contacting Courtney and Travis smith to help with that process in the future.
