Didn't receive keys on purchase of property, completely unprofessional, does not respond to emails/call promptly if at all. Didn't even make sure the basics were done, like that there was a smoke detector in the house. Still waiting for a response to an invoice so I know whether or not to move forward with reporting to real estate board.
