Travis was a godsend for us. This was our first home purchase as well as new construction. The questions we had were numerous as you could imagine, but Travis was there and never seemed to be put out by any of our questions, no matter how silly. He was there when we needed him, but also respected that a lot of the decisions with new construction need us to work it out without his involvement (picking paint, carpet, lighting, etc ..) but we had the comfort of knowing he was a quick call away and could help us with all the jargon as well as the over all process.

Travis makes the experience enjoyable. He truly loves people,realestate and the whole process...and it shows. He knows the market...is accurate in accessing value, on the sale side- getting a good price, and the purchase side - getting a good deal. At one point in the negotiation for the purchase of my latest home, I told Travis I was satisfied with the deal in hand. His response was " we can do better" ... And he did. This is my third transaction with Travis ...without a second thought I'll be calling him for the next one also.

Travis Maley with Windermere Stellar is a real estate agent in which I would recommend to folks that are a serious buyer. Traviss veracity in honing in on your property needs is second to none. You dont even have to know what you really want, he will carefully figure out what your interests are and help you come to a decision without being pushy. Traviss communication and availability to show properties is by far the best I have seen in a real estate agent. Travis is quick to give you up-to-date information on a given property as well tell you the straight scoop about other offers and even give sound advice in helping you compete with other offers.
