Travis was a godsend for us. This was our first home purchase as well as new construction. The questions we had were numerous as you could imagine, but Travis was there and never seemed to be put out by any of our questions, no matter how silly. He was there when we needed him, but also respected that a lot of the decisions with new construction need us to work it out without his involvement (picking paint, carpet, lighting, etc ..) but we had the comfort of knowing he was a quick call away and could help us with all the jargon as well as the over all process.
