Everything was handled in a very professional manner and he showed us all the properties we wanted to look at. At the time we werent exactly sure what we wanted in our new home, but he was patient with us and showed us a lot of properties to narrow it down and find out exactly what we wanted in our home. After the purchase of our house went smoothly we again enlisted Travis help to put our old house on the market. Again Great service. The house was staged beautifully. ZillowVERIFIED we contacted travis after having 2 other realtors who weren?t really working out for us. travis came to our house, ready with a personalized folder to ask us questions about certain things we wanted our new house to have. already off the bat, i was impressed because it was something the previous realtors didn?t do. he got to work very quickly and sent me updates on houses on the market. he also knows his stuff! while looking at houses, he was able to tell us estimates of how much certain fixes would cost or whether certain houses were worth it or not. during the negotiation process & escrow, he made it very easy for us to understand all the paperwork and reduced some of the stress that comes with buying a house. at the end of the deal, we were greeted with a bottle of champagne to celebrate. travis is absolutely amazing, i would 100% recommend!

ZillowVERIFIED Travis was a great realtor. He was ALWAYS on time. If there was traffic, hed let us know. For the most part, he was always about 5-10 minutes early (99.9% of the time). Hes always quick to reply your texts/emails. He also sends out notices when hes going to be on vacation so youll know those times may be a delay in replies. But I always received a reply within minutes. Hell make your appointments all back to back to back so you dont waste all day searching for houses and works with the time youre available, rather than you work around him. It was really easy to work with him. Ill definitely tell all my friends and family to contact him when theyre ready to sell or buy.

He kept in touch with us even though we were in and out of town for a couple of months after meeting him. After several email going back and forth (talk about excellent follow up skills!) we finally met up with him for a meeting where he taught us the home buying process (really appreciated this!) and we told him what we were looking for. Starting the following weekend, he took us on a tour of prospective homes. Every week, he sent us a list of available homes on the market tailored for us and we selected a few to go see in person. After doing this for a few weeks, we were starting to feel stressed because we werent finding what we truly liked. But Travis assured us that we WILL find something we like and kept us focused and calm. And sure enough, we did! He was very patient with us even though we were being very picky and never once pressured us to make an offer on something that we werent truly into. Once we found the home, Travis helped us negotiate the price and landed an excellent deal for us!! He was very responsive, always available by phone (actually never had to leave him a message, he always took my calls), text and email. He also really listened to what we wanted. He has great sense of humor and helped us stay relaxed and calm in stressful situations. In the end, we ended up being pretty good friends and we hope to keep in touch with him! He makes recommendation geared to his clients best interest. With his vast knowledge of the realestate in the South Bay LA, he was able to help me live in the Manhattan beach area with a redondo zip code. This is monthly rental savings of almost 1k a month. After my decision was made, he still pursue negotiations with the property manager despite the fact that he would make no commission. He also would not accept any tip for all his hard work. His speciality finding the perfect home at the best cost! I will be making a purchase by the end of 2016 and will definitely use his services again.
