When his babysitter canceled on him last minutes, he even brought his kids to a showing so we could get in to see a home that we were very interested in. Going through houses, we had open and informative discussions about what we saw. With myself having built houses in the past, I was confident the things he pointed out were factual as I was able to verify from my past experience. ZillowVERIFIED My husband and I went through the first time homebuyers process in 2021 and were very lucky to be introduced to Travis! Buying a home can be intimidating and nerve wracking but Travis made this process painless! Communication was prompt and we were never left with any unknowns. Fast-forward to 2025, we now have two children and are looking for our forever home. Of course returned to Travis! We were very uncertain of when we would realistically move with the current market, but he was always willing to take us to see homes even if it was on a more causal basis. When the right one for our family went on the market, he helped us formulate a strong offer and we were floored to find out we got it! Any time we had questions, Travis was on it to find us answers as soon as possible. Once again, the home buying process was a breeze. Additionally we now had a home to sell! From finding out we got the home on a Sunday, to the following Thursday (just four days later), Travis was able to have our home listing up! He made this a priority knowing we would be out of town, making the home showing process much easier for us. Our home was sold by the following Monday. Again, quick and painless. ZillowVERIFIED When I first met Travis Hoida to sell my mothers house, little did I know he would be guiding me through one of the most frustrating times of my life. We invited Travis over to the house and asked for advice on what we had to do to get the house ready to sell. Travis was very professional and friendly from the get-go. He gave us suggestions and told us if we needed help removing furniture, doing the final cleaning, etc. he had contacts who could do that for us. When we had the house ready to sell, Travis came over and discussed strategy for asking price and promptly listed the property. We had at least 20 showings scheduled almost immediately. We had 3 offers on the first day. Everything was going as planned until the neighbor presented an encroachment issue on the property line. Travis was calm and positive and did some research for us. As it turned out, the issues raised by the neighbor were incorrect and we were able to move forward. Throughout the process, Travis never gave up on us and remained positive. He was an excellent communicator and consistently kept us informed of what was going on and responded to our calls and texts quickly. He always had a suggestion on a path to follow and was very proactive with subsequent offers. I always felt like he aEURoehad our backs.aEUR? We live out of state and Travis explained we could do the closing remotely. We were leaving on vacation outside of the country before the closing date and Travis pointed out that I could do my part of the paper work before I left. In the end, he arranged for the closing to be moved up so it could be completed before we left. I would highly recommend Travis to friends and relatives selling property. Patient-because I had many limitations to include price, heavily sought after location, specific school district and low maintenance, all during the time the housing market was INSANE. Travis stayed by my side for a little over a year till I found the aEURoeoneaEUR?. If that doesnt count as patient-I dont know what does. Informative-as a single mother, first time home buyer, he really walked me through things and explained what to look for and what to watch out for. I learned ALOT. Reliable-Travis was always at my beck and call, not the best way to word it, but he was there or scheduling a showing immediately anytime I seen something I liked. Realistic-how he represented-was practical and sensible and took into account that it was a home for myself and my younger child. Genuine-the word speaks for itself. What he told me on day one of meeting-he stood by every word for the entire duration of our work relationship. Dependable-read the above again. I cant express how much appreciation I have for Travis. If you need a realtor, I definitely recommend! Trust me, we spent over a year looking at properties! (No fault to him for length of time, 2021-2022 was a crazy market!!!).
