ZillowVERIFIED One of the best realtors I've ever had the privilege of working with. He is responsive all times of the day, even on his off days, and he is always negotiating for the client which helped me land a great deal on a brand new home. Personable, approachable, and has a wealth of knowledge of the laws governing home buying/selling in the area and it's surrounding counterparts. 10 out of 10 - will go to him if I'm ever in the market again.

ZillowVERIFIED Completely hands-on realtor. Followed up with me consistently and genuinely cared about what I was looking for in a house. Accompanied me through my walk-through and ensured the builder fixed any issues.

ZillowVERIFIED As a current buyer, initially, I was contacted immediately after using Zillow's agent contact. Travis was supposed to setup a showing a few days later, which I never heard of again. A couple days after the first call, I texted him to explain what I was looking for, to which he replied he was with a client and would get back to me when finished. I have not heard from him since.

ZillowVERIFIED Words do no justice for what and how she conducted herself in every way possible. I was truly blessed to of found her. I live out of town and was able to do most things over the phone with her. She has a wealth of info on every aspect of the selling side of real-estate in Martinsburg. She sold my property within three weeks including closing and also was able to get a bid that was higher then what the asking price was. She does what she says she will and is a straight up kinda gal. I wouldn't hesitate to use her again as my deal was basically 100% hands off (as I live out of town) and she took care of what needed to be done and kept me informed about it. I also love and respect her straight up honesty about everything. Absolutely no surprises and things couldn't of gone smoother. You don't find many straight shooters nowadays.

ZillowVERIFIED Travis worked very hard to get me into a home this summer before the birth of my first grandchild. Hes very knowledgeable and always kept me informed. This was my first home buying experience and Travis was a pleasure to work with. He handled whatever came up and I knew he would take care of me. I would recommend anyone looking for a home to give him a call.

ZillowVERIFIED Great Realtor! In unconventional times he went out of his way to make the transaction as smooth and profitable as possible. When we had lender issues that werent his fault, he was still willing and able to fix the problem.

ZillowVERIFIED She is amazing! She is down to earth and really makes you feel comfortable. I actually referred my friend to her who bought a house as well. She takes her time going over the details while pointing out the pros and cons of the property. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

ZillowVERIFIED Travis has been wonderful for work with in selling our home. Every time I texted or emailed, I would get a reply within minutes. He always made time to answer my many questions and provide guidance. His knowledge in selling our home in Berkeley County was incredibly helpful and I completely trusted him. Selling our home was a new experience for my husband and I but Travis made it as simple on us as he possibly could. Wonderful experience
