FAQ
1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Speak with a qualified lender who can help with getting pre-approval. Once pre-approved the fun begins. We can view the ones that meet the criteria, submit an offer, and help them achieve the American Dream of Homeownership!
2. What types of clients have you worked with?
I have worked with locals, persons from out of town/state and even overseas. I believe everyone has something unique to offer, all we have to do is listen!
3. Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
It is without a doubt, helping a single mom and her son. It was not the easiest but that made it more special. We searched and searched, thinking we had found the right home, we went under contract. After inspections we learned that the house was in serious need of foundation work. This was not the house, so we are back on the hunt. Little did we know, the next day we found the one. We negotiated down the listing price, completed inspections, and set a closing date. I will never forget the emotions and expressions on their face once they were handed the key to a place they now call HOME! The feeling of helping someone achieve their dream, nothing like it. I love helping people and would love to do the same for you!
4. How did you get started in Real Estate?
I owned a residential and commercial floor installation company for 8 years. Along this journey, I had the pleasure of meeting many different types of homes and homeowners. After purchasing my home in 2017, I had a great experience with my Realtor and that gave me the itch. Two years later, I made the decision to attain my license. I love being a realtor and my greatest joy is helping others achieve their dreams, while also achieving my own. Lets find your forever home!
5. Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
Being a Realtor, we have many opportunities and resources for training that a real estate agent does not. Also being a Century 21 Realtor we have programs and yearly seminars that teach different techniques on how to best assist our buyer or seller. I attend as many educational programs as possible. It helps me stay on top of the every changing market!
First and foremost, thank you so much, Travis! The best thing I did was, contacting Travis after several months with a different REALTOR, and the house was at a standstill. Less than a month after contacting Travis, the house was in negotiation and sold! Traviss expertise is impeccable! Although I am no longer in Pensacola, I do have family and friends there and I will definitely recommend Travis Crow to my family and friends. Again thank you Travis for a great experience answering all my questions and always getting back to me quickly.. Sincerely and thankful Gandolfa Santos
He only showed the house one time. He sent other agents who left gates open and endangered the horse He told people there was a working well which was not true. We were only notified 2 days in advance that the house was actually sold therefore we had trouble getting movers etc to vacate the house in time for closing which upset the buyers. He does seem to have a problem with communication and numbers. We received more money at closing than Travis said we would. We also were told that we had to leave everything that was plugged in in the house so we lost our second refrigerator and other small appliances that it turns out the buyers didn't want them and threw them out I feel Travis needs more training as to his job responsibilitirs and his deals with people.
