It is without a doubt, helping a single mom and her son. It was not the easiest but that made it more special. We searched and searched, thinking we had found the right home, we went under contract. After inspections we learned that the house was in serious need of foundation work. This was not the house, so we are back on the hunt. Little did we know, the next day we found the one. We negotiated down the listing price, completed inspections, and set a closing date. I will never forget the emotions and expressions on their face once they were handed the key to a place they now call HOME! The feeling of helping someone achieve their dream, nothing like it.
