Travis and Robert started by talking to us to narrow down and look for homes that we were interested in, especially notifying us of homes as they appeared on the market. Their cachevalleyhousehunters is easy to use. As first time home buyers, they helped us at each step through the process when looked at a home that we loved. They helped get through the counter-offer stages without putting pressure on us, responsive in communicating details with us and helping us decide what we wanted to do. Very professional, and even let us borrow their company trailer for moving our possessions into the home on moving day.

We worked mostly with Robert Jess, Travis' partner. Robert was on top of everything. WE were not local to the area even though we had a house there. Robert took care of everything, even helped to clean different parts of the house to get it ready for potential buyers. He was very personable and answered all of our questions in a timely fashion.
