We have worked with Tracy now on three real estate sales. We bought our Oro Valley condo with her in 2021 . Since we were not in the state at that time, we relied a lot on her judgment. We have bought and sold several houses over the years (in Washington state) and have not found an agent as professional and as helpful as Tracy. If possible, please see our previous review of her from that time. One of the things that stands out about her is that she was so quick to respond to any call or text we sent her in winter of 2024. We decided to sell our condo and purchase a house in Sun City. We contacted Tracy for direction. She assessed that our condo would have no problem selling so we started looking at houses. She quickly set up viewings for us. We never felt that she was rushing things, kept within the parameters we set for her (square footage price, etc) and as always had valuable feedback on the properties we saw. Within a short amount of time she found us a house we fell in love with. We have found that Tracy's worth is not just in finding us a house or helping us see a property. She has extensive work history and experience with the trades. We laugh when we say "Tracy knows a guy" because she always knows someone who can help us with window shades, sheet rock, plumbing, carpentry, painting, landscaping, etc. And this goes on even after she helps us with the purchase of the property. For example we bought our house in Sun City Oro Valley in March 2024. Four months later when we are out of the area, she will meet with the carpenter to let him into our house and supervise the work he needs to do on a project. This is just what she does. She's always willing to help. We think we're through buying property now, but if we do, we will certainly give Tracy a call. She's pretty fantastic.
