ZillowVERIFIEDI wholeheartedly recommend Tracy Williamson from 72 Sold. In the midst of the emotional strain following my mother's severe stroke last summer, Tracy proved to be an invaluable ally in the swift sale of her home to fund long-term health care. Tracy's professionalism and genuine empathy were evident from our first meeting, making the entire process more bearable. Her thoughtful approach and unmatched expertise elevated our experience, guiding us through the intricate process with unwavering support and attention to detail. Tracy's commitment to securing the best outcome was exceptional, orchestrating the sale in a remarkably short time and exceeding our expectations by fetching top dollar. Having Tracy in our corner during this challenging period was a source of reassurance, and I am deeply grateful for her contribution. I confidently recommend Tracy as an example of excellence, compassion, and unwavering dedication to clients' well-being in the realm of real estate.

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy has been helping us with our purchases and sales in Phoenix over the past 5 years. She is extremely reliable and professional, and we cannot recommend her highly enough. For our most recent sale which Tracy helped us with, the final purchase price came over our asking price and was sold in less than a week. The property was a tricky one, but with Tracy's sound advice and experience, things could not have gone any more smoothly. Thanks, Tracy! J & A

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy recently helped us sell our high-end condo in downtown Phoenix, which is not your typical real estate sale in the valley of the Sun. We had an offer very close to our asking price within 3 months. Tracy is a true professional who is very detailed oriented and very knowledgeable about the Phoenix market. She was a delight to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED I just closed the sale of my Townhouse in Phoenix with Tracy. She is truly a delight to work with and very professional. She listened to, and answered all my questions in getting the property ready to list. She is not pushy, and offers multiple options, with letting the seller ultimately making final decisions. It was my first experience as a seller, and Tracy was kind and very responsive to all my questions. I would highly recommend Tracy to anyone wishing to sell or buy property.

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Tracy was 5-Star! We gave her a difficult assignment on some stated objectives. For example, we needed not only a house for my disabled brother that provided supportive services but also one that provided close proximity to medical services and city cultural amenities. We started looking at apartments, continued through condos and into houses. Throughout it all, Tracy demonstrated patience, tenacity and an understanding of all three markets. She found the perfect place! In the whole real estate process she demonstrated her knowledge and skills in the execution of all the details. She was very effective. We would recommend Tracy highly. She not only achieved the objective but is ethical and enjoyable to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED With excellent advice and professionalism, Tracy walked us through the process of buying 2 condos in Phoenix. Her explanations of the process, researching answers to our constant questions concerning properties and attention to detail set her apart from all others. From recommendations, viewing properties, making offers, and dealing with all of the sales processes, she was an invaluable asset. Couldn't have done it without her guiding us all the way. We look forward to working with her in the future and highly recommend Tracy for anyone looking for property in the Phoenix area. She accomplished all of this even though most of the time we were 2,500 miles away in the Boston area.Tom & Marge Boston

ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer Tracy made me feel at ease during the entire process. Her knowledge of market trends provided me with variety of properties to choose from. She was patient with me during the viewing process and discussed pros and cons with each. She was available via email or phone with questions and responded in a timely manner. Once I made a decision on a property, Tracy checked in with me to answer any questions. She also met me to sign the mortgage documents! She has a calm demeanor, which takes some of the stress out of the whole buying process. I had a friend viewing some of the properties with me and he also ended up using her to purchase his condo. I would recommend her to anyone!

ZillowVERIFIED This was my first attempt to invest in the real estate market. I was looking for a rental property and I narrowed down to a few choices. Trying to see the difference between an internet picture and reality, I needed a real estate agent and this is how I met Tracy. From the very beginnings I realized that I was fortunate to come across to one of the finest. She began by presenting me similar property in the areas along with an impartial assessment of pluses and minuses of each location. She never made any pressures or even suggestion one way or another but let me evaluate my options. After I made my decision she was indefatigable in pursuing the closing of the sale. From having a keen eye on any slip in the legal documents to continuously following up with the seller, bank, title agency and such she gave a feeling of certainty to the deal. I would have succumbed to frustration several times but she calmly aEUR"and promptly - addressed my concerned and mastered the ship into reaching the destination. A highly recommended real estate agent.
