Tracy was AWESOME! We are out of state owners and Tracy coordinated *everything* (including arranging/managing contractors for repairs) and made it so easy for us. She is very knowledgeable, well connected, and great with communication and prompt responses. She uses videos to help show what's going on. She does NOT like snakes when it gets wet and the grass gets tall. We look forward to working with Tracy again!
