ZillowVERIFIEDI'm not quite sure how we started things with Tracy. At the time we were in the "window shopping" phase of things and were 50/50 about buying and if the area and market were right for it. I did want to see a very specific house that I liked, knew that it was over priced - but I had to see it anyway. Tracy made arrangements for 3 separate showings and even helped put in an offer we all knew was likely going to be rejected. She didn't complain about it or push back - just got things cooking. It fizzled and we sort of dropped out of the foray. A few months later we jumped back in, so to speak, and looked a a couple of more homes. Some took a few showings; One at least four trips. Again, Tracy never balked or hesitated, just got us in the door quickly. Finally made another offer and with that came the baggage of a very persnickety buyer. I'm the first to admit, I can be a PITA, but Tracy handled it all not just professionally, but always seemed positive and upbeat. I would recommend her for anyone, but especially to any potential buyers and sellers out there who don't do well with not getting their way.... immediately. Patient, proactive and positive - really can't be overstated here.~MD

I have very high standards and not meeting her face to face I thought would be a huge problem. We were absolutely in a tough situation trying to sell our house 4K miles away. Tracy handled the worst buyers agent Ive ever seen with grace and ease (Ive seen many but this guy was the worst) . She is relentless in getting her clients what they need. ZillowVERIFIED Tracy was amazing with us we were buying a house from Hawaii sight unseen. She listened to what our needs, wants, and desires for our home. With her local expertise and attention to detail she created extremely refined lists of homes for us. She carefully advised us on local market considerations and commuting patters. Once we selected the house she moved fast to get our offer in. The house was on the market for 3 days with 17 offers. Her market knowledge allowed us to win the bid. She recommended an outstanding mortgage company and was relentless in getting this fixed while under contract. We closed on the house. Thats not where her help and assistance stopped. Over the last 2 weeks shes come by to see how things were going and provided local contractors for the work that I wanted to get done on the house. I cant thank her enough for how complicated our situation was and the peace of mind she provided.

She arranged for photos of the home, listed it, held an open house, and in about one week I had a contract. Her service did not stop there as she worked with me until closing was completed. ZillowVERIFIED Tracy, who was representing the buyer and myself (the seller), arbitrarily and independently, without contacting me or the buyer, moved our settlement date up a week. I found out in an email from the titling agency the day before I was expected to close. This date wasn't discussed or agreed to in writing, per the contract, and caused me to lose several hours of work. The home sale was out of state, approximately 100 miles away, and zero consideration was given to my schedule especially since I made arrangements to be present in person for the settlement the following week. I found this to be unprofessional, inconsiderate, and completely avoidable had the terms of the contract been adhered to which stated an earlier settlement could occur if agreed to in writing. If the effort had been made to communicate an earlier settlement with me it would have been known that I wasn't in a position to support it, something I communicated multiple times when I found out, instead I was forced to move forward with closing early so they could all get paid early.Furthermore, I received the paperwork for Maryland state tax exemption the day after settlement which was supposed to be submitted 21 days prior to settlement.
