From the beginning Tracy and Frank used their knowledge of real estate and negotiation skills to secure our listing. Selling our home and picking a listing agency was a hard process and Tracy and Frank gave us the peace of mind that they had our best interests at heart and would do everything in their power to sell our home. We were throughly impressed with the effort, attention to detail and service, and communication both Tracy and Frank provided us throughout the transaction. We asked them to go above and beyond as this was a relocation move across the country and we were on our house hunting trip when items needed to be taken care of at our home in California. We attended her Thanksgiving Pie open house last year and let her know that we weren't in a hurry to sell, but would love to get ideas on the types of houses in the various neighborhoods around Valencia and their comparative price ranges. She was so helpful throughout the year sending us "leads" so we could get an idea what we liked. We always gave her feedback as to what we liked (or didn't like) about the various houses and she was using this to hone her knowledge of our preferences so that she was able to find the perfect place for us. By this time we had already established a great rapport with Tracy and she had demonstrated her commitment to us and her availability for our non-stop questions. She was exactly what we wanted in a realtor. She lived up to our high expectations. She advised us on her recommendations pertaining to negotiation strategy and carefully navigated us through the process as to not put the cart before the horse (I was so eager to get things done). ZillowVERIFIED Tracy is a nice enough person, but didn't really know my area (that was my bad for getting someone so far away). When I met her she was very pleasant and bubbly, which I liked. She seems to know how the process works. My main issue was her responsiveness. It would sometimes take her a long time (2-3 days) to respond to a question. That was very important to me, hence the low rating. She was knowledgeable with real estate itself though. I was selling at a bad time of the year to be truthful, so I understand some of the issues I had selling my place.

We had hundreds of views on Zillow, as compared to a couple of dozen last year. By using a professional photographer (Kelly Hackney), Tracy almost guaranteed us more eyeballs, because the place looked gorgeous, compared to last year's iPhone photos.She knows the area, as well as the Santa Clarita Valley, and worked cooperatively with the local realtors to get showings. Tracy responds to most texts and emails within minutes, but never more than 24 hours, during the process. My only adequate score is for negotiation: It felt like it was entirely up to us, and being that we didn't sell last year, we were hesitant to push back much. It's possible that stronger negotiation may have gotten us closer to our asking price. Overall, though, we are happy, because we closed escrow today!
