From launching the listing to (early!) close of 30-day escrow, Stephanie provided expert advice and guidance, including correct time to list, correct pricing through comps and discussion, and preps that should be done so that the house showed it's best. She listened to my questions and concerns and was always willing to discuss them. By following her guidance, we succeeded in a smooth sale with multiple offers to consider and a final sale over the asking price. Additionally, Stephanie provided contacts so, when needed, i could get work done that the home inspection called for. These contacts were extremely professional and work was completed seamlessly and in a timely manner.
