My fiancA(C) Jon found Tracy as he was searching for his first home before we met. She found him the perfect home (and very quickly!) as he was needing a welcoming environment for his new puppy Ranger. Fast forward to when my fiancA(C) and I met and were in the market for a new home, we looked for a few months and ultimately decided to wait another year or two, Tracy was so patient and completely understanding and still followed up with us every few months to check in and see how we were doing and let us know shed be there when we were ready. Finally near the end of January of 2021 , we told Tracy its time and she immediately got to work for us. She paid us a personal visit just to take a look around and give us pointers on some small updates we could make and pointers onStaging. She left us with a small list of to dos, and input our home criteria in her database. She took the time to listen to our specific needs for what we wanted our new home to be. While working on making our current home ready for the market, Tracy kept up with us at the minimum a few times a week, sometimes daily and/ or multiple times a day to talk about homes that just hit the market that she thought would interest us or if we found anything that we thought mat interest us and we had questions about it , she would guide us in the right direction based on what she knew we were looking for and what she knew about the area, the neighborhoods etc. Tracy was extremely patient with us as we worked together through a challenging time in the market with little inventory. Whenever we would make an offer on a house she always had our best interest in mind - the first several houses that we made offers on, we lost and she was always there to offer support and let us know that something better will come along and she was right! Just a few weeks before we found our new home, we both had the feeling it was time to finally list our current home and she was 100% on board with us. She got to work right away, scheduled an open house and by the end of the same weekend, our house was sold after multiple offers, all above asking! Also, after countless showings, open houses, declined offers, we finally found a home that fit the bill and our offer was accepted. Tracy was genuinely so excited for us, and we were so happy we got to experience this process with her. Tracy is extremely knowledgeable, personable, humorous and one of a kind!
