ZillowVERIFIEDTracy was the realtor who helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home. At the time of looking for a home in the winter of 2020, we were feeling a bit hopeless. The housing market left us feeling like we could not buy a home unless we paid in cash or paid an exorbitant amount over asking. Not only were homes outrageously expensive, but a home would be on the market for maybe a few days before it sold. After seeing multiple properties and putting in 2 offers, we decided to take a break and pick up our search in the springtime in hopes there would be more availability on the market.
