Tracy was the realtor who helped my boyfriend and I buy our first home. At the time of looking for a home in the winter of 2020, we were feeling a bit hopeless. The housing market left us feeling like we could not buy a home unless we paid in cash or paid an exorbitant amount over asking. Not only were homes outrageously expensive, but a home would be on the market for maybe a few days before it sold. After seeing multiple properties and putting in 2 offers, we decided to take a break and pick up our search in the springtime in hopes there would be more availability on the market. However, Tracy continued to search for the perfect first home despite our defeat and the challenges of finding a home in 2020. Tracy found us a home that met all of our needs within our budget and then some! We ended up with a beautiful home with a pool, great property, in a great neighborhood at a fantastic price. In addition, we really appreciated Tracys candidness when she felt a home we were looking into was a poor investment. There were plenty of homes we were intrigued with that we did not put in an offer for because Tracy pointed out that it was either overpriced or just a crappy home with some new paint. Tracy is not just trying to make a buck off of you and sell you the first home youll bite at. She tries to find the best home for each client. Tracy not only made the process of buying a home manageable, but stress free. I have recommended her to numerous people looking for homes in Cecil County and I will continue to.
