ZillowVERIFIED Tracy was fabulous from day one. She listened to our wants and needs. We looked at many homes. Tracy never steered us wrong. Sometimes we sent listings we had an interest in. She would investigate and call us to see if we wanted to schedule a showing after hearing her findings. I liked that we didnt invest ourselves in homes that would need to much or had to many issues. She was very helpful in the negotiations for both properties, and eventually helped us to find a qualified contractor to perform some needed repairs on our new property that we purchased, after many other contractors we contacted failed to deliver any results.
