ZillowVERIFIEDI wanted to look at a property he listed. I work 10+hrs a day and after a phone call to discuss the property, we went back and forth for about 3 days trying to schedule a day and time. He said to contact him thursday, and when I did he texted that he was with family and couldn't show it that day. I told him I couldn't meet for the next couple days and he simply said "This one might not work out then." I asked if he was not wanting to show the property and his response was "My seller is interested in serious buyers only." I think he was upset that I didn't have an agent on my end, but had stated something in our phone call about he could do a little extra work to guide the process, but ultimately would be representing only the seller, but would make twice the money. Absolutely rude and arrogant attitude. He ran off a buyer that has cash ready for downpayment and has preapproval letters from 2 mortgage companies. Be forewarned, should you want to do business with this agent. He could run off your buyers like he ran off this one.
