Not only did she give us tips on how to go about looking for houses that we could successfully offer on in this crazy market, but she also gave us amazing tips to get our house up and ready to list within 5 days of meeting with her. Tracy ALWAYS has what's in her clients' best interests. When selecting an offer from our pool of offers on our home we were selling, she was sure to call my husband and I to go over the perks of each offer and ensure that we moved forward with what WE thought was best for our situation. She also fought tooth and nail to make sure that our buyers were strong, reliable, and able to move forward with their end every inch of the way, even if it meant calling several people late hours into the night on a weekend. My husband and I were not only able to get into contract on our very first home that we put an offer in for, but we were ALSO able to make our offer contingent upon the sale of our home, which are both things that are almost unheard of in this market today!Tracy is absolutely wonderful and if we are ever in need of real estate assistance again, we will absolutely be heading her way again! We would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor!

ZillowVERIFIED Tracy really surpassed all of our expectations being our agent. Especially being new out of state investors, we really needed someone we could trust, someone who had the local knowledgeable and also well connected with vendors, contractors, wholesalers, etc.We always felt like she wanted the best for us. Her negotiation skills are also top notch, she was able to get the final price down to something better than we expected. Overall, she has all of the qualities you need in an agent. 10/10 would recommend and I am absolutely using her again for my next purchase in a few months!

ZillowVERIFIED Professional, trustworthy, knowledgeableaEUR|these are the traits that you look for in a realtor and, without a doubt, Tracy Keffer exemplifies each of these traits. I had the pleasure of working with Tracy starting in 2019. I'm an investor on the East Coast and I was referred to Tracy by my family. Our initial opportunities didnt materialize but Tracy continued to offer different options to me to help build my real estate portfolio. She then approached me with two great deals aEUR" two model homes that were for sale by a reputable builder in Columbus. The purchase of those two homes went flawlessly and I started to collect rent from the builder as part of their leaseback program. Fast forward a little over a year later and the leaseback program was soon to end for one of the properties I had bought. I eventually decided to sell the model home and, of course, Tracy was ready to go. She helped to gather comps for me early on and assisted me tremendously from that point forward in getting the property ready for sale. She was meticulous in ensuring that the property was in the best condition to get the highest price possible. She works with all the right people in the industry, including stagers, title companies, etc., to ensure that the sale of my house would go as smoothly as possible. Within 2 days of being on the market, I was under contract and had an offer that was more than the asking price. Tracy communicated frequently with me along the way and made sure that I was kept in the loop throughout the entire process. When there was a snag with the appraisal, she managed to work her magic to get me more than what the house appraised at. As mentioned before, I'm an out-of-state investor and I managed to close on my house (both when buying and selling) completely out of state. In fact, Tracy and I havent even met in person! This tells you the level of trust that I have in her. She looks out for my best interest and was my eyes and ears in my absence. Shell be my agent for the second home that Ill be selling soon and I'm sure itll be just as successful. I look forward to working with her for future investment opportunities!

I had came across Tracy's contact information from a referral of a friend and coworker. I was told that she was very thorough and that I should give her a shot. Not only was Tracy a very kind hearted and well established realtor, she took on a spark and passion to get us the information we needed and artistic touch to stage our home to a degree where I felt the home looked better than it had in the 10 years my family and I lived there. Tracy took the time to walk us through all the necessary procedures that we were unaware of and even had some insight of what we may face during the process. Overall, Tracy skillfully helped us with our multiple offer situation that occurred only 24 hours of being on the market. Due to her assistance, we were able to attain a hefty offer that took me by surprise and was able to close very quickly after. Whether you are a first time seller or a veteran to the situation, I highly recommend Tracy as she brought so many great characteristics and expertise that not only was I a satisfied client but felt a little torn that the process was over. ZillowVERIFIED OMG, I thought I could sell my house on my own. I tried it and it was a huge mistake. I found a buyer and made a contract, using a lawyer! then the buyer backed out on closing week. Since I had no realtor, I was sunk! I lost all kinds of time and money! I would NEVER do it again without a Realtor to protect me. Not only that, Tracy, knows Real Estate laws and contracts like the back of her hand! She gave me the best advice and got the best price for me (more than I would have asked for if I did it on my own) She was a great negotiator and I would have been lost without her! Anyone who wants to sell on their own is leaving themselves open to a lot of grief. It's hard to do your own negotiations. Let the professional's do their jobs! that's what they go to school for! Tracy is amazing, from the beginning to the end of the process, she was my rock to lean on. She never let me down or gave me bad advice. She was in my corner the entire process. I highly recommend using her to sell or buy a home! She is great!
