Tracy was the realtor for the seller about 6 years ago when we bought a house and she also helped us at that time. She has kept in touch with us over the last few years sending notes etc at different times. Soooo when we decided to sell our rental property she was our first and only choice. ZillowVERIFIED We could not have asked for a better realtor than Alan. My husband and I relocated from Pennsylvania and had limited time to come see properties. Alan worked very hard to maximize our visits, driving all over the area to show us homes. Since we couldn't be in Massachusetts through the entire process, Alan represented us during inspections and other matters; we wouldn't have been able to get this house if he had not. We also had a tight budget and a very specific vision, so this wasn't an easy task. A few of the things we really appreciated about Alan: First, he is a former contractor, so when you go to see properties with him, he doesn't just tell you about the superficial things: if you ask, he can tell you how much work a property might need and an approximate cost so you can make a truly educated decision. Second, he is a very chill guy with a good sense of humor: no high-pressure sales tactics, no schmoozy sales stuff, just straightforward information. Finally, he's a lifetime resident of the area, so he can tell you where anything and everything is, advise you as to commute times, and more. We can't recommend Alan and the rest of the team at this office more highly. Give them a call if you're buying or selling!

I did not live in the area so when we required professional help she made excellent recommendations when we needed to hire an electrician or plumber to make repairs to the house. She even had her husband install new smoke and carbon monoxide detectors so we would pass the fire department inspection. She suggested a company to move furniture and clean out the house which proved to be invaluable. She was very helpful every step of the way. It was a pleasure to work with her.

If I wanted to see a home, it was set up on my schedule and Alan was always there on time with lots of advice and ideas.
