My recent transaction first time homebuyers and newlyweds, worked with them for over a year. They had a limited budget and had saved for a down payment. We looked at 14 homes, put in 5 offers and the 6th offer was the home that was meant to be checked all their boxes and they qualified for down payment assistance and bought down their interest rate to 5.8% and it will always be a fond memory that I helped a couple start their life off together with their first home.
My Dad was a builder and I have always worked in a Construction or HVAC company my whole life has been structured around the home, making the home better, additions and new builds.
