Tracy is an excellent and very knowledgeable realtor. However, it is her relentless work ethic and attention to details that really impressed us. We did not have a positive experience with our previous realtor and this experience was the exact opposite! Tracy put personal touches on presenting the home, checking on it and communicating with us before and after every showing. She thoughtfully listened to our thoughts but also pointed out things we may not have considered. She was creative in marketing it and has very strong relationships with other relators in the area. She is honest, fair and worked very hard to find the right buyer. I would highly recommend her.
