Tracie first helped us purchase our home in Nampa in 2021. When it came time to move in 2026, there was no question who wed call. She helped us find and purchase our next home while simultaneously preparing our previous house for sale. Navigating the purchase of a new home while selling another can be stressful, but Tracie made the entire process feel manageable. Shes knowledgeable about the Treasure Valley market, incredibly responsive, straightforward with her advice, and always willing to go the extra mile. Whether it was navigating negotiations, coordinating inspections, or handling the countless details that come with two overlapping transactions, she stayed on top of everything. What I appreciate most is that Tracie genuinely looks out for our interests. She gives honest feedback, communicates clearly, and knows when to push and when to be pragmatic. We never felt pressured into a decision. Our previous home went under contract in less than two weeks, and we successfully closed on both transactions within weeks of each other. My husband and I have been looking at moving from out of state, and most of our correspondence with Tracie was done long distance. This was never an issue and she was always quick to respond and help us with anything we needed during the process. We are moving 1700 miles from our current area, so you can imagine some of the challenges we were met with, but Tracie made sure everything from start to finish went as smoothly as possible. It is now 90 days after we signed the initial paperwork our new build, and we are preparing to move in. She has kept in contact with us every single step of the way. Review My wife and I were referred to Tracie through family members who had used her services in the past, and she did not let us down. We started out looking at existing homes on the market but pivoted to new construction as inventory was starting to fade with a slowing of the economy at the time. As such, we did not get a chance to witness her negotiating skill, but but she was invaluable due to her knowledge of the local process, and her easy going patient manner helped a lot. Near the end of the process she suggested that we get a home inspection, which we didnt even think of with new construction. As a result we ended up finding several issues that we were able to rectify with the builder before they became bigger problems. In short, Tracie was a pleasure to work with and she is a credit to her Keller Williams Reality Team. Review We decided to go with Tracie after interviewing other agents and quite glad we did. Were new to Boise and also a first time home buyer; so we needed some handholding and a lot of guidance on the purchase. Based on where we were renting, we were hung up on the surrounding areas. Tracie wanted us to keep an open mind and had us view homes in areas within around a 20 minute commute from work. She quickly realized the kind of home we wanted and the kind of neighborhood. This was key as she then referred to some sub divisions and homes that we really liked and we started focusing on homes there. Tracie was very flexible and always available to us even showing homes over a long weekend. We then quickly found our Home. She helped get appliances as part of the offer which we were not thinking to ask. From there on, Tracie and her great team helped us throughout the process on getting inspections done, walkthroughs, working with the title company etc. She was very responsive throughout either be it late night or early in the morning. We now have the keys to our Home and cannot imagine how anyone could do better than Tracie!

Review We met Tracie in the fall of 2022 when were visiting and trying to decide if Idaho was our forever home state. Her knowledge of the Boise and surrounding areas was key to us being able to determine what community would best fit our needs. Speed up to April of 2023 and we were ready to pull the trigger. In about 3 hours we saw 8 plus houses. She was incredibly understanding if we pulled up to houses and declined to tour the home. We thought we found a great choice and were scheduled to go see it a second time the next day when a new listing popped up at about 6 pm on a Friday night. I quickly texted Tracie and asked her to get us in. She was able to get us in the next morning. By 1 pm we had seen the house and placed an offer! Saturday evening she called and shared that there was another offer on the table. She gave us some great suggestions and we submitted another offer. Sunday morning we called her on our way out of town and asked her to raise the offer again! We knew this was our forever home. As we headed back out of state we shared with her that if its not meant to be its not meant to be but that we knew this was our neighborhood. After the 10 hour drive back home we received a call from Tracie sharing that our offer was accepted. Not being one to dally around we asked for a quick close. We closed in 16 days. We could not have done it with out her expert experience and knowledge of negotiations. We found our house and got our home 100% based on her amazing communication skills. Without hesitation, I would recommend Tracie to anyone!
