Great attitude, easy to work with. Advertising was thorough, the house was staged and photographed really well, prospective buyers were greeted with water, chocolates, and a flyer about the house, and the notebook provided at the house about the house was really well done. Since we had been involved in three other home sales, Traci cut to the chase on what to expect, and got the house on the market as soon as it was ready. I had to prompt Traci to give us reports of number of showings, to adjust the price for the quick sale we needed, to give us results of the open house, to notify us of an offer, to notify us of progress on the offer, to follow up on requests we made of the buyers, and to get us a copy of the inspection report.
