Review I hired Celine O'Dea and knew immediately that she was going to get the job done. She has a team behind her, Tracey Properties, as well to schedule everything to make sure you know whats happening all the time. They provide a staging consultant which helps alot as well to make your home look the best it can. They also do everything they can to put your home out there so as many people as possible can see it. They even hire the best photographers so your pics online look amazing. Celine kept me updated on every step of the process. My home sold in only 2 days! Everything went so smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor. Celine would definitely be my only choice if I decide to buy again in the near future. Review Tracy Simms is an awesome realtor! We had specific needs that had to be met and she understood perfectly what they were. Never once did she waste our time (like a lot of realtors) to show us a home just to show us a home. Tracy took a tremendous amount of time selecting homes to look at that fit our needs. No pressure was ever put on us to "settle" for something close. If it wasn't right or if she saw something we didn't, she would tell us. Once we found the right one, she did an excellent job negotiating and also having the right people from inspectors to mortgage companies. Oh, and she also sold TWO homes for us! Quickly, efficiently and painless. This could have been a nightmare since we combined households, but Tracy and her crew made it more of a dream. My Family and I cannot thank her enough for the incredible job she did.

Review If you are in need of a Realtor, then you are in need of Tracey Simms! Absolutely the best Realtor we have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. When we found out that my husband had gotten a new job we were very excited...when we found out he was starting this job (4 hours from our current home) in 10 days, we were in a bit of a rush to find someplace to live! We spoke to 2 Realtors in the area, knowing nothing about either one. Both were provided the same question...Are you up for a challenge?? We were driving down in 2 days and had at most 3 days to look at either short term rentals or find a place to purchase. Also, on a purchase, the budget would be a bit limited due to the fact we obviously had not had time to even think about listing our current home. The response of the first Realtor who returned our phone call was very disheartening. They explained to me that their schedule would be tight and that possibly she could get a couple others to fill in part of the time they wouldn't be available and to find what we were looking for on such short notice, would not be easy. However, when Tracey called back she immediately responded that she was always up for a challenge and began asking lots of questions and told us she was ours for whatever time/days we needed her. She literally had 2 days to search listings that could possibly work for us. We spent 1 full day driving around and looking at all the listings she came up with. At the end of the day, we made an offer on one of the properties and signed a contract the next day, and we were able to negotiate a pre-occupancy statement into the contract. We were actually able to return home a day early! We can't say enough good things about Tracey. She was awesome to work with and we truly wish we could use her to sell our other home!

Review When we thought there was no hope of us finding a home before our lease ended in October Tracey sent me a message saying she would find us a home and all would work out. A little over month later we are in the process of moving into our new forever home!! There was in issue with the septic system that the owner agreed to fix. Tracy kept us informed during that process. She was actually present when the septic was being fixed, and told us firsthand how they repaired it. She was available when we needed her to be whether it was to see the house again or for the inspections. Tracy was very knowledgeable about some questions that I had about the home buying process. From finding a house that would meet our needs to submitting the contract, and through the whole "waiting" process. Tracy was diligent in keeping us informed of what was happening.
