ZillowVERIFIED Lets first agree that buying a house can be a bit overwhelming wether its you've done it before or its your first time. Karen helped alleviate that to the point of keeping it fun. She worked with and listened to my wife and I both first time buyers, to find homes that matched what she or I liked (not always the same), as well as houses that were a good blend of both. She was incredibly patient and knowledgable of the area and of houses in general. She helped find areas to search that we otherwise wouldn't have known to look in and helped point out things and ideas for homes we walked through that we likely would have missed or not considered for the future. I needed a agent that had experience and lots of sales. When looking for a agent Tracy's name kept popping up. Thank God it did. As soon as I met Tracy she assured me that she would sell the house, and that she would get as much as possible and that I should not worry. She walked through the home and told me what i had to fix.. She listed the home on a Tuesday morning and by Tuesday Eve I had two offers for asking price. ZillowVERIFIED "Shout out to Ms. Tracey. When we started our journey to sell our home in Summerfield, we interviewed three and chose Tracey. What a great decision. Not long after we listed with her, I got notice of a transfer. My company uses a relo company (Brookfield), which meant Tracey would have to take a deep cut in commissions in order to stay as my realtor. She didn't bat an eye, even when she struggled though having to do "clean up" when the relo company made multiple errors. Tracey's process got us to offer in a little over 3 weeks! When I was struggling to come to contract on my purchase side because the sellers agent was fearful of the new NC laws that allow buyers to extend closing times, Tracey took time out of her day to talk to the sellers agent in VA to calm her fears. And when we realized we forgot some critical legal docs at home, Tracey went to the house, got the paperwork, than drove to the UPS store and sent it via next day air ! From a professional perspective, Tracey is about as good as it gets. From a friend perspective, she is a good a friend as one can meet. Thank you Ms. Tracey"

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Tracey was utterly amazing. We originally had our house listed with another agent for over a year that didn't sell. The home had received only 1 offer the entire time and had a number of no-show appointments. Then came Tracey. We put out some feelers for a new listing agent after our 1 year mark and Tracey was the first to respond. Not only did she respond quickly but she also included numbers (comps) and other info before even talking to us. A "true" saleswoman. We hired Tracey who concluded the house was in great shape and there wasn't anything we were doing wrong. She even suggested we up our sale price. After listing our home we literally had our first showing the next day. Within 2 weeks we had a solid offer on the table and sold our home.
