ZillowVERIFIED Tracey did not initially disclose dual agency. She shared detailed information with the buyer from other offers. The closing was delayed by over a month due to the survey. Tracey provided information outside of her technical expertise relating to own personal experience in purchasing property in the same neighborhood. As the seller, we had to pay for additional survey services to reach closing agreements. Throughout this process, this realtor sent text messages berating our attorney. We are now weeks beyond the closing. She collected her commission check directly from the BUYERS bank. Never called us to say the closing was complete or to bring closure to our "professional" contract.
