ZillowVERIFIEDTracey has represented us on several occasions in real estate transactions, he was fair, and honest through all stages of the deals. He also had extensive knowledge in this profession, I would highly recommend Tracey for anyone that is looking to buy/sell land/property.
ZillowVERIFIEDTracey, has been our go to person for all of our real estate needs. We have bought 7 (investment properties) from 2008-2018, with his assistance. Tracey is by far the most responsible, knowledgeable person and trustworthy individual and his organization that we have every worked with. If someone is new to the area he is your best contract person if you are looking at any realeaste needs. Tracey knows the trends, market, knowledge when it comes to the market on realeaste, from private residential, lot/land, commercial properties. I would recommend Tracey Hoff.

ZillowVERIFIEDTracey has lived in the area his whole life. He has many contacts and extensive knowledge of the area. With over 20+ years experience, he understands the needs of his clients. When we decided to sell our home, he brought his whole team over to walk through and determine the market value. We had a full price offer in less than a month. Tracey was than able to spend time showing us many homes, always at our convenience. He was patient and understanding of our wants and needs. I would highly recommend Tracey to anyone looking for an agent that cares!!
ZillowVERIFIEDWe have done business with Tracey Hoff on multiple (3) transactions. Every sale went smoothly and on 2 sales Tracey was both the listing agent and brought the buyer too. Typically in our years of buying & selling experiences some type of problem is usually encountered in either buying or selling, when anything came up Tracey handled it with expertise and ease. He never gets shook up, he works through challenges smoothly. He is a fun & happy person to be around, and so very knowledgeable! We have referred others to Tracey and he did them a great job too! If we ever were to move back to ND Tracey would be our first call.
ZillowVERIFIEDTracey was involved when we were relocated to Dickinson, ND both on commercial property and on our personnel property. He help us find exactly what we wanted especially in a demanding market. Two years later when we were transferred, he was there again listing the house and went above and beyond thru the sale of the property. I highly recommend to anyone he and his company are professional and family oriented to help in your relocation.
