ZillowVERIFIED We were interested in a new construction home and wanted to work with a realtor who had prior experience with these types of homes as the process is a bit different than buying an existing home. At our first meeting, she was very enthusiastic and quickly learned what we were looking for.When we narrowed it down to our final choice, she gave us good advice on how much to offer as well as the extras we should try to negotiate in. We thankfully got the house but her work was just beginning. It took 7 months from the time the house was built until we moved in and we relied on her to give us updates as the builder wasn't always responsive. She kept on top of us to make sure we met with each subcontractor the builder used to make sure it was customized to our liking. Most importantly when it came time to vacate our current house, she pushed the builder (and his agent) to make sure the house was done on time and we wouldn't be stuck living in a hotel (which she even offered to arraign and pay for if it got to that point - thankfully it didn't!).After experiencing the whole new construction process, my take away is you need someone in your corner who is experienced in the new construction process and will keep on top of the builder (or his agent) to make sure everything gets done. ZillowVERIFIED As a first time homebuyer the process can be extremely stressful, but Jay and Tracey made it feel so simple. My husband and I had many questions about the process and wanted to make sure we made a good decision about our first home. This duo always had our back. Tracey thought of things to mention to the builder that we would have never considered. She had a lot of great ideas and recommendations, which helped us design our home. Jay even had the builder throw in Arborvitae shrubs along the back fence line of our property! These two really were a pleasure to work with and they made the process fun and easy. They guided us the whole way through and even showed up at the closing with a bottle of champagne! In the end, they became part of our family and we still contact them when we are in need of a good restaurant or neighborhood service. I would truly recommend the Nociforo Team to ANYONE LOOKING FOR A HOME! A call was never unanswered and a question or concern never went unresolved. You always hear horror stories with first time homebuyers, but this was a great experience and now we have our dream home and two friends to show from it!

ZillowVERIFIED We used tracey for the sale of our old home and the purchase of our new home. She was great with both. For the sale, she was able to get us over asking price. She got us into contract quickly with no issues. As for the purchase, we were pretty specific on what we wanted and she found exactly what we were looking for. She made sure the property would have good re-sale value. It was a new construction property. She was a great negotiator to get us the most bang for our buck. When an issue arose she went to bat for us. Would absolutely recommend her!!!!
