She was always patient and professional to work with. She respected what I wanted while also speaking up when she though we could get a better deal when negotiating and nearly every time we did get a better overall contract. I am a detail oriented person and want to be involved in the details and information which Tracee was great to provide them. Tracee knew many local companies that she recommended ranging from home inspections, lenders, and local contractors for work needed on a home after inspection. She never made me feel or thing she was only in this for her but that she truly cares for her clients and puts herself in her clients shoes to approach it as if she were the one buying the home. I would definitely work with Tracee again, which if you knew me it is not just rare but unheard of that I would choose to work with a real estate agent again but Tracee is one of the few that does the the work expected when you are working with a real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED If you're looking for a realtor, look no further than Tracee! After having contacted 3 or 4 other realtors, most seemed to just want to push house they put on the market, or new builds they're partnered with. Tracee was the total opposite. She spends the time going through MLS's for you based off what you are looking for. You simply tell her want you want to see, and chances are she'll have them all scheduled up for that evening! We looked at numerous houses, just wasn't finding THE ONE! Tracee never lost sight and always kept us posted on newly listed homes. We were split between building and buying. We explored building a home, found some lots that we loved, but didn't work out in the end. You can tell she's written up a few contracts as well. Knows how to protect buyers/sellers interests in purchasing and I'm sure with selling a home. Finally found our house after a month of looking. Went back and forth with offers and counter offers, got an amazing deal we feel! She recommended a home inspector that was awesome. Went through her usual mortgage company she uses & has a good line of communication with. Everything was smooth sailing through the entire process.
