Finally, I contacted Tov. Tov accommodated my hectic schedule meeting me sometimes last minute. He made sure to schedule nearby viewings together, and followed up with the realtors regarding any feedback or questions. He really went the extra mile. During application process he was calling the property management company, touching base with the future landlord, and just making sure all our ducks were in a row.
