Hes is an expert in his profession and thoroughly explained everything to me from beginning to end. I was very comfortable with him handling the sale of my home and would have given him a 10 star rating if it were possible. He knows what it means to give excellence in customer service!

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I had a pretty specific list of things and locations we were looking for and Toussaint was there with us every step of the way! He was constantly sending us listings and was open to view the ones we saw through the many real estate apps. He was also extremely responsive whenever we needed him for anything. He is a major reason why my wife and I are now first time homeowners!

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Toussaint Smith has been an outstanding experience. When me and my wife started searching for our new home we went through two horrible Realtors before connecting with Toussaint. I can say with confidence I have never experienced a realtor so professional, outgoing, knowledgeable, and punctual as he has been throughout our entire search for a new home. I would recommend Toussaint to anyone in the market looking for a place to call home.

ZillowVERIFIED Toussaint Smith made the home buying process very simple for my wife and I. We were first time home buyers with no knowledge of how the market worked and he made himself available whenever we had any questions or concerns. Through it all he kept a positive attitude and was adamant about finding us the perfect home. There were a few properties we missed out on due to others with higher offers but Toussaint kept us focused and encouraged that we were going to find the one. Ultimately he found the house that was perfect for us. His honesty and integrity was greatly appreciated. We are forever grateful for all of his hard work!

ZillowVERIFIED I highly recommend Toussaint as your next real estate agent as he is a knowledgeable man of integrity. He went above and beyond his job to make my purchase a success. I can be quite demanding and he surpassed my expectations. Though I had a full team, Toussaint stepped in wherever needed whether it be to get the sellers and attorneys on one accord or simply getting the mortgage brokers to get the job done.

ZillowVERIFIED Working with Toussaint was simply a breath of fresh air. It was important for my Husband and I to work with someone we knew we could trust. Toussaint Smith was that person who had full knowledge of the market and great advice for first time home buyers such as us. He made himself available at every opportunity to view properties and guided us through the whole process from beginning to the end.

ZillowVERIFIED When I bought my home with Toussaint almost 3 years ago, it ended up being a long drawn out process, based on legal issues as I was going thru a pending divorce. Once all legal issues were resolved that allowed me to meet the requirements of the mortgage underwritter we were then actually able to proceed. He did not try to push me into any home, but spent extensive amount of time and showings to find the house I was and am truly happy with. When we looked at various houses , regardless of his opinion of the property if I did not like, or if we found one that we and the seller could not come to terms on he simply stated lets go find another. During this 3 year period he never gave up on me as a buyer. I had never met Toussaint before I started this my home buying experience but I am now happy to consider him a friend and not just a real estate agent.
