ZillowVERIFIED Tosha Justice is an awesome relator who I have been working with for the last two years in my search for a house. She has been exceptional to deal with due to my situation of being located in CA while performing the search for a purchasing a house in SC. Due to the three hour time difference it often made it difficult communicating with Tosha during her normal business hours, however she was more than willing to answer questions and email documents during her off hours, even calling me as late as 9:00 PM EST. In addition, issues sometimes arose over weekends and Tosha would call me to deal with that issue in order to continue to move things along. She even called me one time late in the evening after spending, what I am sure was an exhausting day, with her children at Carowinds. If Tosha had not been willing to put in the extra effort to help me purchase a house in SC, I would not have been able to find a house to buy. My experience with Tosha has been so excellent that she is the only relator I would even consider to sell the condo I currently own.
