ZillowVERIFIED Tonya was the perfect real estate agent for me. Her knowledge of the business and the area was impressive. The assistance in getting my home staged to improve its salability, including some assistance in physically moving items that I could not handle myself. Tonya had Abdul work with me on finding my new home. He was attentive and helpful when touring Open Houses. Loved working with them!

ZillowVERIFIED Tonya is an outstanding realty representative. We have worked with Tonya in the past and again with our new home purchase and she goes above and beyond to help out with anything she possibly can. She works so hard at making sure everything is in perfect order with all dealings of the buying and selling process. She is also willing to answer calls and questions way late at night, later than I would think anyone would want to. Tonya is a true professional and we would highly recommend her to anyone. We cant thank her or her team enough for everything.

ZillowVERIFIED We met Tonya when we asked to see a property we saw on Zillow. We were immediately impressed with her professionalism and her warm personality. Since then she has helped us buy two properties and sell one. Each transaction had unusual challenges and complications. We were very grateful to have the depth of her expertise, her unflagging dedication, and her attention to detail supporting us throughout the process.

ZillowVERIFIED Selliing a home you built and have lived in for almost two decades can be an emotional undertaking. This team's knowledge, expertise, and experience came in handy throughout the process. They were always responsive and ready with an answer (or a listening ear) to help us through the process. When negotiations got a little bogged down, they moved heaven and earth to make the sale happen. Everything worked out well in the end for -- and I was so happy to have them on my side of it all. I would suggest that if you are the least bit concerned about your sale, use a professional. And be sure that if you can't use this team, you find someone EXACTLY like them.

Her team is excellent and everyone is knowledgeable, responsive and friendly. Despite the challenges of this environment, Tonya stayed positive and supportive. Would highly recommend her and her team.

ZillowVERIFIED Tonya did a great job marketing and selling my home but what I appreciated the most was the support she gave me when I ran into snags with my loan company for my new home. I knew I could call her and get good advice and some hand-holding from her even though it wasnt directly an issue with selling my home.

The entire process went very smoothly from beginning to end. I am very glad we selected the Thomsen team over the two other realtors we interviewed.

ZillowVERIFIED It was an unusual transaction, but everything went smoothly. We're very pleased!(About this form -- the property wasn't listed. Through Tonya, I offered and sold it to a particular buyer I had in mind. If that buyer had said no, then Tonya would have listed it.)(Also it wasn't a single-family home. It was recreational land. 14+ acres, wooded and rocky.)

ZillowVERIFIED When my wife and I decided to sell our home it was pretty overwhelming because there were so many options of who we wanted to list our house. We did what most people would do, and started reading reviews on local agents. Tonya had nothing but stellar reviews, so that gave me the confidence that I was making the right decision. From the first phone conversation I had to the final closing of our home and new purchase, Tonya was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and everything else you would expect from a realtor. Tonya definitely has my referral!

ZillowVERIFIED Tonya helped us through a complicated short sale as the buyers. In addition to knowing exactly what to do when we came to a bump in the road, she also helped us after the sale with excellent recommendations on the service providers we needed to get ready for moving in. We plan to retain her to help us with another real estate transaction in the future, and have recommended her to relatives facing a move.

ZillowVERIFIED I was recommended by my banker to contact Tonya in helping me find a house and it was the best decision I made in this home buying process. We meet in March with my parameters and we closed on a house in May. The whole process from start to finish was a positive experience. Not something I want to do all the time but if you are looking for a house I would recommend you call Tonya. Andy H.

ZillowVERIFIED Tonya was amazing! From the first step of the process all the way through the close she was easy to work with, lent her expertise without being overbearing, and was so nice and helpful. From the bank to the home inspector every person along the way talked about how much they loved working with Tonya and that if they were to sell/buy they would use her as their realtor. ZillowVERIFIED Always positive and smiling. Cares about her accounts. Is willing to work for a long time with people. She worked with my children to find them homes for many months. Listed and sold two homes in our family. One for me. Really takes great pictures and does a quality video for the Internet. Made our property look good. Also gave us insight as to how to stage property. She also has access to many professionals in the field that you may need. I could go on and on as I think of things but you get the idea! Love her!

ZillowVERIFIED As first-time home buyers who were relatively new to the area, we needed a Realtor who was willing to take some extra time to help us understand the process in general - as well as providing local knowledge. Tonya was just what we needed! She always responded quickly to any questions we had at every step in the process. Tonya negotiated several repairs to the property as part of our offer. She also secured our purchase at less than the asking price, by comparing the home to the price of comparable houses in the area that had recently sold. For future real estate needs, Tonya will be our first choice to work with.

ZillowVERIFIED When my brother and I wanted to sell our house we thought of Tonya right away because of the great experience another brother had buying his house with Tonya`s valuable assistance.Tonya was an incredible help in selling our house, from knowing details about the market locally, to an extensive awareness of nation-wide trends in real estate, what many buyers and sellers prefer. Tonya simplified every step of the the process and she followed through on every item she offered to do for us. Tonya even brought in stagers who gave us many easy ideas that were instrumental in selling our house. ( I was almost temped to KEEP the house after the staging) ! She has kept in touch with changing market forces and trends. She is absolutely the agent you want in "your corner"!

ZillowVERIFIED Our experience with Tonya was simply excellent. Tonya went far above what I would expect an agent to do. From advice on staging and painting to being there when we couldn't during this estate sale. Tonya was upfront, knowlegeable about the area and the market and incredibly responsive to our inquiries and needs. Frankly, I needed to be hand-held though this long distance sale (we are from NJ and the sale was in WI) and Tonya did not disappoint. I'm only sorry she will not be able to assist with our next transaction on the east coast.
