Tonya was a pleasure to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the areas in Kentucky we were looking at. Coming from out of state, she was so helpful in making our transaction easy and answered all our questions about real estate in Kentucky. She was able to arrange 5 walkthroughs all over the central Kentucky area (Stanford, Mt. Vernon, Berea, Winchester, Wellington) in one day making it as productive as possible so we could find our new home. Never once did she seem like it was a problem driving over an hour to do a second walkthrough, and for the final walkthrough. She was very helpful with directions too, which we very much appreciate coming from out of state! She made sure any new information was provided right away so we could act if necessary. Tonya is very efficient and knowledgeable and was able to help us with choosing an inspector as well as offer advice on other services we may need in the future.
