ZillowVERIFIED Big shoutout to Tonya O?Quinn for being amazing during our rental search! Shes the best. First off, her responsiveness is top-notch. Id shoot her a message, and she was right there, ready to set up viewings and get things moving. No waiting around with her! Plus, shes super quick when it comes to making decisions. In our case, we were inside a townhome, going through our scheduled viewing. We didnt love the place that we were viewing (pictures didnt match reality) but as we were there, she recognized that a new unit popped up in the same neighborhood. She showed us the pictures and we asked her to schedule ASAP (thinking it would take at least a day since it was already 5:30pm). Tonya was able to, at that moment, get everything setup to see the place that same hour. Sure enough, I am currently sitting in that exact townhome we saw on short notice and writing this review. Ive worked with many real estate professionals but that was definitely a first, impressive stuff. If youre in the market for a place and want someone whos prompt, friendly, and gets the job done, definitely give Tonya a call. You wont regret it!
