Tonya Knell was born and raised in Nevada. Tonya grew up and worked in the Las Vegas real estate industry for nearly 15 years which afforded her a wealth of opportunities and experiences due to Las Vegas being one of the fastest growing real estate markets in US history. In 2003, after her husband's job transfer, Tonya and her family moved to Nashville, TN and fell in love with everything Tennessee has to offer. After several years at home raising their 4 children, Tonya chose to take a position as a team transaction coordinator for a successful team to reacclimate with the ever changing real estate industry. She trained in the newest real estate marketing technology and educated herself with TN real estate procedures before she took the leap of faith and once again became a Licensed REALTOR. Tonya's experience as a team transaction coordinator helped tremendously as her main objective as a coordinator was to make sure that all transactions closed successfully and the clients, agents and vendors were kept up to date in the entire transaction. Tonya's relationships with lenders, closing agencies, inspectors, agents and her attention to details in the contracts, disclosures and procedures contribute to her ability to successfully close your home sale or purchase.
