Tonya was by far one of the best agents I have ever worked with. From the original interview to look at the house and list it she was prepared with comps, suggestions for what needed to be done and competitive pricing so that we could get the best deal possible. She was super at following up with showings as well as providing feedback. We actually had to move out of state before we sold and if we ever needed anything she was the first to volunteer to show up for routine care or try to find someone to help. I would recommend her to anyone either trying to buy or sell a house.
