Tonya was a lifesaver for my husband and I. We had been looking for a few years to find the right piece of property. I had two houses worth of things all by myself.No matter the task Tonya was on it. I wanted to live in Henry County, no more than 5 minutes from the expressway, not too many stairs child because I am getting old, my dog needs a fence, I need at least 3000 sq ft for all my stuff, am I near a Publix! And that was just me!I do not know how she did it but within two months we were closing on our dream home. And now I have my eyes set on Lake Spivey and I know the right woman to call. OMG where do I start!! Tonya was so amazing while helping us listing and SELL our home. We was very nervous and unsure about how the market would respond to our house. There are so many factors when you are selling your home. But when I tell you!
