It can take sometimes up to 3-4 days to receive a return reply. This is one of those things that can cause a customer to make up a problem that is not there. She initially got everything going and I liked the pictures she took but then something went wrong. I had to ask her to write a description of our home which is not something I should have had to ask. There were other things wrong that I mentioned to her but that never got fixed either. The pictures suddenly became blurry on the websites and for some reason she could never fix it! For a month this went on!! Who knows how many passed over our home because of the lame description and horrible blurry pictures!! I switched to another realtor and within 2 weeks of switching, we had our first showing! Two months later we had our first offer, and a month after that, it was sold! If we had continued with Tonya, our home would still be on the market! I would NEVER recommend her to anyone!

With the exception of a few items I pretty much contacted the sellers for everything I needed to get the house closed on. Overall it seems like she's a great agent and perhaps she had a lot on her plate but my overall experience was that I would happily recommend her as a selling agent but not as a buyers agent. In the end we didn't have anything too big to deal with on our own but, as things ended up, I do not feel that she earned her fee in the end. However, she was very easy to work with and was clearly very knowledgeable. I highly suspect that my experience was not typical for clients of hers.
