Review I met Tony around 2018-2019 when I needed someone to find tenants for a long term rental that I eventually sold in 2024. For 5 years Tony had been my one and only go-to for my rental turns. His knowledge of the area and his resources are what I needed considering I was a distant owner. I never had to worry after putting the rental in Tonys care to find, show, and prepare the lease paperwork. He would take time to go over the particulars of each applicant for me to make a decision on acceptance. When I decided to sell there was no need for me to find a realtor because I already knew Tony would do a fantastic job. The property listed 6/24, under contract 7/1 and closed 7/25. Its due to the open house he orchestrated, all of his preparedness and his representation that I was able to get it under contract quickly. He took the time to walk me through all the contract paperwork and kept me informed of all the important dates we needed to hit and get feedback to the buyers agent. While it was not without issues toward closing due to circumstances neither of us could fathom, Tony didnt let that deter him. He took the lead to get everyone in the conversation to find a solution. This man worked miracles. He kept me calm through the entire process as it can be nerve wracking. He would always say, aEURoe I see this all the timeaEUR?, or aEURoe dont worry this isnt as bad as others that Ive seenaEUR?. I am beyond grateful having met Tony when I did. He took the stress out of what it took to manage getting tenants to ultimately selling the property. I honestly could not have done any of this without his skillful navigation and knowledge of the real estate world. Any emails, texts, or calls I made were always answered in the same day or next. His contractor / construction experience was helpful in understanding what problems with some homes could be disastrous and even a bit of the process of various repairs to homes if we were to fix them up. The Caldwell Banker website tool is super handy as well! We could favorite homes that we want to visit or make comments on certain homes which is shared with Tony. It is great for trying to be on the same page. As first-time home buyers, Tony provided some great advice to me and my wife on the closing process and answered what seemed like a million other questions. He was also there for us when trying to construct an offer on the house that my wife and I bought. Two thumbs up for Tony Zowd and I would definitely recommend him to others!

Review Mr Zowd and I began discussions long before my needing his real state services. He is to be commended on his willingness to provide information. Because of this I went back to him as a source for getting my rental leased. Without going into too much, my initial conversation was well over a year or two prior to 2019 when I was able to get the renovation completed on my rental. I contacted Mr Zowd just before the renovation to get the process rolling for acquiring a tenant. He handled all the paper work and thoroughly explained a great deal for which I was either unsure or had no knowledge of in understanding the screening process. Even as a seasoned investor, I was grateful to have his knowledge and help.

After talking to Tony on the phone the first time I knew he was our guy. He and my husband (who does construction) combined their expertise when looking at homes to make sure we were buying a home that was in good shape. Review ?I gotta guy? !! I found Tony back in 2009, through a business savvy friend whose opinions I value. I had shared with my friend an email that I had received from my then current realtor ? He blasted me because I had asked that more photos (there were only 2 home photos) be added to my listing (the home had been on the market for over a year with no offers). He had also stated to me that he was sick of representing small overprice homes. So my friend told me, ?I gotta guy I want you to call.? Soon after Tony took over as my agent, an offer was made. I was not living in the country at the time and needed more hands-on help than most people ? Tony was there for me. And in spite of the time difference, he kept in close contact with me via phone and email. Tony was there through every bump, and hiccup ? he even assisted the buyers when their own agent was not able to provide them answers. Found Tony Zowd on Angies List, read the comments, thought they were pretty honest and very personal (that was the key), so I rang Tony. Probably one of the best calls Ive ever made! By the end of our first conversation, I already felt like we were friends. Of course, at first I just figured Tony was a good salesman. I had no idea how personally he took our discussion. Between that first call and the quick virtually painless sale of our house, Tony was there. The behind the scenes preliminary research on the property and neighborhood that is so necessary? Tony was there. Those millions of early decisions, such as how to price the house? Tony was there. Where to start with getting the actual property ready for photos and showings? Tony (and wife) was there. The tension waiting for those first calls/viewings? Tony was there. That back and forth that can be so frustrating? Tony was there. The confusion and doubt when the closing date is fast approaching? Tony was there. And when I say aEURoethereaEUR? I mean he was reachable all hours of the day and night. Review There are not enough good things I can say about my dealings with Tony. He helped my family and me during a difficult time of having to sell my childhood home upon the death of my mother. Tony was courteous, compassionate and was of great assistance prior to, during and after the sale process. He definitely knows the market and has the knowledge and resources to drive traffic to view the property listings online, as well as to entice prospective buyers to visit the property.
