Tony and his team worked round the clock to make sure we were comfortable with what we were looking for, helped educate us about the housing market, financing, home ownership etc. Tony even got us in touch with lenders who were very responsive and even answered our calls rather just emails like other lenders. Tony helped us close in under 2 weeks, including getting a new loan preapproval, approval, appraisal, our own inspection and all the paperwork involved. They never pushed us to look at houses beyond our means and refined the search based on what they learnt about our preferences. It was a very personalized approach and did not feel like we were being pressured to look at houses which we would not be interested in. I would highly recommend Tony and team. We enjoyed working with them and felt that all our questions were rapidly answered and it helped reduce the nervousness of first time home buyers.

He is everything you want in an agent - honest, knowledgeable, and well connected. But I would say one of his shining skills is his ability to negotiate a fair and valuable deal. We wanted to buy a house that already had another offer and was highly competitive, and he was able to convince the sellers to take our offer. He is just so personable that people want to work with him on both the buyer and seller side. I will also say that Tony has enough business and experience that there is no need for him to push a purchase - he is really just focused on what is right for his client. Lastly, he supported us proactively even after the transaction closed, sharing contractors to fix items at the house, and following up with tax documents. I really cannot say enough - thank you Tony - we will be using you for every real estate transaction.
