ZillowVERIFIEDTeam Spencer was very professional and ended up finding the perfect house at the right time! With the market so crazy right now, they used all of their resources and found my wife and I a house better home than we expected that literally checked all of the boxes plus a few bonus boxes. The kicker is they were so fast to act we were the first ones through and the first offer that was accepted immediately without having to over pay for our home in PHM district. I wouldn?t choose anyone else!

ZillowVERIFIED Tony and his team were very easy to work with. They listed and sold our house in Edwardsburg Michigan and then helped us find our current location in Osceola Indiana. We are so happy with our new home. Thank you Team Spencer.

ZillowVERIFIED The advice of both the home to be sold, the home to purchase, and the real estate market conditions were all very helpful. We feel we had the best outcome for the sale and a quick sale as well. We also very much appreciated the continued support during the home inspection process and the help resolving issues from that was a great help, too.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony and his daughters worked hard to find me the house I was looking for. They did evening showings to accommodate my work schedule. They were very knowledgeable and offered valuable insight on the properties.

ZillowVERIFIED They made purchasing my home as simple as signing on the dotted line. They referred great inspectors and walked me through the whole process. They also assured me, although I didn?t have to use it, they had the capability to video chat and show me houses so I DIDN?T miss out on houses in the area or school zone I wanted!!!! I couldn?t have asked for a stronger TEAM to guide me down a path I had never taken! THANK YOU TEAM SPENCER!

ZillowVERIFIED Team Spencer helped us sell our current home but also helped us find our forever home. Not only did they sell our house in 2.5 days but after multiple viewings of homes for sale Serena found us our current home quickly. No matter when I called or how many questions I had Serena was there for me. Everything went smoothly and as stress free and the whole experience can be. Although we found our forever home I highly recommend Team Spencer to everyone I hear that is looking to buy a home.

ZillowVERIFIED The Spencer Team was excellent to work with. They were patient and helpful as I figured out what I wanted in a home. They utilized many forms of communication and made the whole process of making an offer pretty painless. They made a point to understand what was important to me when showing me properties and eventually found me a home in a location I love!! Working with the Spencer Team was truly a pleasant experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony was by far the best realtor I have worked with. He was very quick to setup viewings. And he setup as many as we wanted to see with out any hesitation. The house we purchased was a viewing at the end of the day that was not scheduled, but Tony made it happen. We were very pleased with everything Tony did to help negotiate the price and details of the sale. He was always willing to do what we asked and gave great advice during the closing process. He also helped me get into contact with a mortgage company that was phenomenal. I ended up with a great rate on the loan. Tony and his family is very polite and professional. He was great to work with! I will definitely use him again!
