What I like about Tony is that any time I called about a house I liked he was on it and ready to go. He guided me through the bidding process like a professional. He would regularly call me about listings I might not have seen. Eventually we signed a deal for a new construction. Tony's work didn't stop there. He checked in on me regularly about the new build and made sure everything was going as planned. He checked on the house himself and would get things moving if there was a stall. Tony had an excellent professional relationship with my banker. The two of them were like a power team making sure my home purchase was smooth sailing. It was too easy. Tony advised us well as we were preparing our home to list, then took excellent pictures to market our home as best as it could look. We had our first showing within about 2 hours of listing and 4 days after Tony listed our home we sold it, we close less than two weeks from listing. Realistically, I know Tony is not responsible for all of the circumstances which led to selling our home (the home itself is pretty awesome) but I am confident that Tony's hard work laid the foundation for our home to sell quickly. The first time we spoke he spent a good amount of time on the phone with me just getting to know our tastes and preferences so he could be on the look out for the type of house we were interested in looking at. He then put us on an email list of those on the market that met our price range and also providing us any new listings that were added.He then spent time with us showing us houses on our list that we narrowed down to visit. Once we found a home we wanted to make an offer on he was very helpful in a recommendation for a first offer and then the negotiation process. Even though he had a family vacation planned in the middle of the process he was responsive to phone calls and texts if a question needed to be answered and he made sure someone in his office was available to handle any paperwork that needed to be attended to.
