I have purchased many homes and commercial properties in my life and I have never worked with any realtor that was as fast and thorough as Tony. When it came time to sell our home, we started a search for the best realtor to represent our needs. We questioned other home sellers, observed sales activity in our neighborhood, and began a web search for an appropriate realtor. After a few weeks we boiled it down to four potential candidates. We set up interviews with each at our house. As we proceeded with the interviews, it quickly became clear that Tony Melo, of Aldina Real Estate would be our #1 choice. During the interview process, Tony spent a great deal of time to answer all our questions. He offered his considerable knowledge about the listing and sales process, status of the market in our area, and gave us great recommendations about selling that were in harmony with our specific desires. Tony came to us prepared with a professional presentation packet. It contained information about his professional realtor credentials, current comparable sales in our area, current market prices, analysis about potential listing prices, and estimated time to sell. Once we agreed to use his services, he created a beautiful on-line web site specifically of our house. As inquiries came for viewings, he set specific schedule of dates and times for showings. As we proceeded through the process, Tony was always promptly available by text, email or voicemail. The result, the house sold for over list price within five days. We were amazed! Tony took his time to explain everything in detail when we were selling our house. He made recommendations that brought in top dollar.
