We were impressed with the multi-media presentation they used and setting up the sale in such a manner that a potential purchaser could take a virtual tour with pictures that contrasted the pictures of the empty rooms of home with pictures showing furniture to visually show what a a furnished home could look like. It was a enlightening experience and a good one learning how technology is a great improvement for selling a home. The team was great to work with and they attended to all details making the sale so easy and quick for us.

My husband and I were both nervous going into the home hunting process as this is our first home and we are not knowledgeable on real estate. I feel that it was a God sent that we were connected with Tony & Charisse Giangreco as they made the home buying process not only easy, but fun and stress free. We were connected with Tony & Charisse by reaching out for more information on a property through Zillow. We quickly set up a free, no obligations meeting with them and within minutes knew we wanted to work with the two of them in finding our home. We had very specific requirements in what type of house we wanted, and to say we were picky is an understatement. We also had a budget that was very important to us to stick with. One thing I really appreciated was that we never felt pressured by our realtors to look at houses outside of our budget. I have heard from many friends how realtors will have you look at houses outside of their budget and I was fearful of this. Tony & Charisse were very considerate of our budget that we put forward and made sure to only present houses to us that were comfortably within our budget. We looked at many houses, and we were constantly emailing, calling, and texting Charisse & Tony. They were always very responsive and on top of all our requests. The market was very hot while we were looking, so to have realtors who would get back to us very quickly was critical and they did just that for us. When we found the home that we purchased, Tony & Charisse gave us excellent an advice as to what sort of offer to make with the market being so competitive. We are so happy that the first house we made an offer on was accepted. Throughout the inspection process, appraisal, and closing, Tony & Charisse were with us every step of the way. They made sure we understood everything, and provided advice. I can say, without a doubt, that without our awesome realtors we would have not found the house that we now called home. It is hard to express in words the depth of our gratitude towards Tony & Charisse. They truly went above and beyond to make our home buying experience awesome. This is not just a job to them, they truly care for their clients. From the moment we contact Charisse about a house we liked, we felt nothing but warmth, support and their genuine desire to help our family find a home that was right for us. They made us feel like family and made sure the homes we were looking at were within our budget, but also that they felt right for our young and growing family. From booking hundreds of showing to digging into the bones of houses, Tony and Charisse did everything they could to find us a home. Once we did, they everything they could to make sure we were getting a fair and clean offer written. They even made sure we understood every step of the way and weren't signing forms to just sign them. While all of this was going on, they also helped us find a mortgage person, a carpet person and a home inspector. Even after we closed, they made sure to check in with us to be sure everything was ok and if we needed anything or had any questions. Overall, Tony and Charisse made us feel like family and we were the only ones that mattered--even though we KNOW they had a whole bunch of other clients. I explained to Tony & Charisse what I was looking for in a new home. Gave them the parameters, and they went to work. They constantly communicated to me available listings that met my criteria, and were always available whenever I wanted to view a property. For each location we visited, they gave me their honest opinion. After viewing a few locations, they started to describe things how I would like them - it's like they knew exactly what I was looking for, and were determined to get me into a home asap.
