He marketed my home correctly and his photographer took truly amazing pictures of the interior and exterior of the house. The process was quick, very painless and we sold the house 10 days after it was listed. The thing that is interesting with the process, is that almost every document could be executed digitally. Tony is available when ever I called and had answers for every question. You cannot go wrong with Tony selling your home. With that, I was fortunate enough to have Tony contact me and make me forget about keeping my happily ever after home. Tony for sure knows what he is doing, has great connections, and in my experience made what I thought was a miracle transaction happen. He made a deal that was amazing for both the buyer and the seller. With that, I believed I had a great property and Tony knew it was great after seeing it in person. As amazing as it may sound, after Tony walked into my property he had a buyer lined up within minutes. It was literally 30 minutes and a buyer was at the property to see it. The great news was, we had a sales contract the same evening at the price Tony promised and the buyer was happy with too. Tony is an awesome Realtor and I plan to reach out to him again in the future for real estate transactions. Tony Georr is amazing and you won't regret any real estate deal he is involved with. If you want proof just look at the property of mine he sold to see what I had been asking and what it finally sold for.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony helped me purchase my dream home. I was very specific in terms of the area I would and would not consider. Once we honed in on the specific house, he was ultra-responsive to all my texts and phone calls. There were times I would text or email him late in the evening, telling him NOT to reply until the morning, but he'd end up replying that night. He was tremendously helpful in the negotiating and with the inspection process, which I made more difficult for him as I paid for a double inspection. He was there throughout the entire closing process and followed up numerous times after we closed to make sure I was happy. Even months later, when I had follow-up questions for the previous owners, he got me the answers very quickly. In short, Tony is a rock star and I highly recommend him.

It was summer 2019, and we decided to buy a house, we found a house in our area, and we found Tony, contacted him, checked the house, made an offer and etc :) Tony was so helpful - he answered every little question, but than something came up and we decided to put "house buying" on hold... Than February 2020 we came back to him, looked plenty of houses, some of them twice and now we are living in a beautiful house :) And again, he was very responsible in answering all our question, he gave us a lot of advises how to make the whole process stressless, he was on the line with us any time we needed him (almost 24/7- but lets be real - we all need some sleep ;) Thank you again!
