Tony is a true professional. We had a sales price in mind that we wanted to hit and Tony went to work fast. Within a week, we hit it! We never felt lost during the process and Tony was there every step of the way. He made himself available and was very responsive to our inquiries. We definitely recommend him for any and all things in Real Estate.

Tony did a spectacular job for us! We made offers on many homes and he was there to guide us the entire way. He remains pleasant and easy to deal with which is something I appreciate. Also, the timing of selling my existing home and settling on my new home was extremely important to me and he navigated this perfectly. I absolutely recommend Tony as an excellent agent. Thanks, Tony!~Cheryl

In a market where I, as an investor, cannot seem to get a deal, Tony Fulco managed to get me a GREAT deal and negotiated it down almost $16,000. I CAN NOT believe how good of an agent he is. If you are looking for someone who gets the job done and is extremely communicative...look no further. Thank you, Tony. STRONGLY recommend.

My wife and I were incredibly impressed with Tony Fulco. He was always available for us through a lengthy process. We had not sold a house in 30 years and needed a ton of guidance on how to prep the home for sale. He knew exactly what to do every step of the way. He priced the home perfectly and got us what we wanted. His suggestions and attention to detail were particularly impressive. We would never use anyone for real estate services other than Tony now that we see how he operates with the utmost level of professionalism. Strongly strongly recommend.

I have known Tony for over twenty years. He worked for me in a prior sales position so I knew firsthand his dedication to customer service excellence and that would ensure a worry-free transaction. I was not disappointed! As a busy professional, Tony worked on my time to see homes, going so far to visit one I couldn?t make due to scheduling conflicts. He facetimed me from the property and gave me a virtual guided tour. What really stood out for me as exceptional with Tony is his attention to detail within the home. He quickly assessed conditions ? things my untrained eye wouldn?t have caught ? and possessed the knowledge of what certain aesthetic changes or upgrades would cost. He took the time to learn my needs, wants, and desires. Most importantly he guided me through negotiations that resulted in $14k in net savings to me in this highly competitive market. I not only strongly recommend Tony, but I also highly urge you to contact him.

My husband and I had talked about moving to a larger home with more property for years and finally decided to start the process. I called Tony and he came right out. We needed an agent that could handle selling in one state and buying in another. I thought I would need 2 agents, but Tony is licensed in both which made this part easy. Tony is an friendly, up-beat person who genuinely manages to take a lot of the stress out of a stressful process. We looked at homes for over a year with Tony and never felt like he was uninterested or frustrated. When we did find out dream home, he moved FAST. He is an incredible negotiator and advised us the whole way. I loved how fast he was in responding to my never ending list of questions! He also had to deal with my very stubborn ideas and did so with grace. Tony is a rock star and we thoroughly recommend him.

I am moving to Maryland from Connecticut. I needed someone local to the Maryland area that could show me some homes that fit my budget and help me find it quickly. I found Tony Fulco of the Adkins-Letschin Team of Long & Foster. I needed him to meet me fast as I was only down from CT for a couple of days. We immediately toured the home that I had the most interest in, processed some paperwork, and got our offer in. Tony stayed on the listing agent every day. this was a bank sale with a lot of red tape, but Tony was there at every turn to guide me through it. Our contract was accepted and I am thrilled. He was also very helpful in answering any questions I had and very responsive even on the weekends. I recommend Tony Fulco for any and all real estate needs.

We have not bought a home in quite a while and I was very hesitant at the process. Through a friend, I met Tony Fulco of the Adkins-Letschin Team of Long and Foster. Let me tell you that I could not have asked for a better agent. He was knowledgeable, extremely responsive, answered all my questions and did what he said he was going to do. He made the process very clear, precise, and had incredible selling partners for the inspections, etc. I cannot overstate how satisfied we were with his service. He is the only agent we would ever use. Thanks for everything, Tony.

I am in the Navy and needed to relocate to Maryland. Also, I had to do most of this remotely, which is a serious challenge. I am SO glad that I found Tony Fulco as an agent. You will never find someone so willing to do anything and everything outside the norm to get what you want. I was in town and had a very short window to look at a ton of properties. Tony happily spent the entire three days with me sun up to sun down and we did it! After that, from face-timing, inspecting, multiple visits, pictures, whatever I asked for, Tony immediately was able to do it for me. He negotiated VERY aggressively on our behalf and managed to get our dream property at the price we were prepared to pay. Once under contract, he truly handled everything....which I needed with my busy schedule. I am in and settled and my husband and I love our house. Thank you, Tony Fulco.....you are the BEST there is...period!
